Division 8 is located in Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts.  Its members support United States Coast Guard Castle Hill and Marine Safety Office Providence.  Division 8 has Flotillas located in Bristol, Newport, Pawtucket, Seekonk, Somerset and Fall River.  Division 8 and its flotillas help to promote boating safety by conducting public boating safety courses, boating safety checks, and under way patrols on Narragansett Bay.  The board and staff of Division 8 meet the first Monday of the month at 1930 at the Marine Safety Office in East Providence RI.
