Photo Contest
1. The Coast Guard is holding a contest as part of an initiative to gather photos for the Coast Guard Performance Report and Posture Statement. 1. In an effort to reduce the dangers of texting while driving, the President has issued Executive Order 13513 which mandates a federal government-wide prohibition on the use of texting messages while driving on official business or while using government-supplied equipment.
